It is not gastronomic, nor traditional but considerate, first a way to define our cuisine then a concept that makes sense when sat at our table, conveying taste, serving tastebuds, combining history, science and rituals.
It’s time to eat, please take your seat at the table. Dishes are made using fresh products and regional dishes worked according to traditional recipes, twisted with a touch of creativity.
We design our à la carte and set menus using seasonal products and give them themes in line with events to add choice and variety to dishes for any occasion.

Lunch service at weekends only from 12.00 to 14.00

An eclectic sanctum with an accent on aesthetic appeal
Do you need to make a stop to enjoy a tasty meal, take a refreshing break, enjoy some music? You’ll enjoy doing so at the emblematic Le 1799 lounge.
It is a lobby bar at the heart of an assured decorative melting-pot. This is where you can get together to chat and where the life of the hotel is in any season.
Comfortably ensconced in the armchairs for tea time, in the shade of the lime trees before dinner, enjoy the eclectic sanctum that’s open to cultural and artistic aesthetics.
